John is responsible for strategic development, sales, marketing and overall business management.


An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry. John started his career as a Management Trainee at Commercial Union Birmingham. After receiving a thorough grounding in all areas of Insurance he specialised in Claims. He quickly progressed through the Claims function obtaining a Claims Management position at Commercial Union’s Reading office. From there he moved on to join Independent Insurance as a Head Office Technical Claims Manager based at Edenbridge . Three years later he joined Legal Costs Negotiators as a Director where he set up and ran their London office.

Career highlights

Joining LCN and helping it to develop into one of the UKs leading costs companies. John is pleased to have been part of the Management team that acquired QM costs and is excited about leading the combined company to achieve its stated aim to be the Costs company of choice for its Insurer clients.
