Desktop Review services - first line review of solicitor-client fees based on bills, time records, service level agreement or billing guidelines and insurer's file.
Legal audits - complete files are examined in detail and audited for compliance with service level agreement or billing guidelines and assessed for reasonableness of costs.
Ongoing monitoring - a program of follow up audits or other method of monitoring as agreed with the client.
QM supplies a full report in writing and undertakes negotiation if requested.
